Claims JKS carefully packages all orders prior to delivery. However, mishandling by the freight carrier can result in damage during shipment. The carrier is responsible for any damage while the order is in their possession. Therefore, all claims for damage or postage should be immediately reported to the freight carrier, as the responsibility of JKS ceases once the order has left our warehouse. JKS strongly encourages our customers to inspect any packages that appear damaged upon arrival so the freight carrier can be notified at time of delivery.
